Ring
These are harem rings. According to a knowledgeable jewelry district restorer and part time historian each time the man was 'with' the woman he gave her a ring. The women would wear the rings on all of their fingers. As the Victorians were prone to do they took and adapted the idea. They made sets of rings and bound them together. This is persian turquoise and gold.
