This armor in the Metropolitan Museum is what got me started on corsets. They are so restrictive. But they can be quite beautiful. An armature.

inspiration boards

I think it is very important for a visual person to keep the images that spark passion in them close at hand. Living in a tiny apartment for years I have done away with the stacks of magazines and instead tear the pages that make my heart flutter. There are images that will stick in your head your entire life but it is awfully nice to have it in hand.

chatreuse

This is Josh. He was pictured in a random arts residency program catalogue. I fell in love with the idea of a laying of saturated color. And he inspired the following random collection of the color in the following pictures.
variety of the bright greeny yellow tinged plants for your garden
Smeg fridge
stunning chartreuse silk dresses
coleus, striking annual known for flashy foliage
vintage beaded necklace, very j.crew
still life painting in a gallery window, UES (upper east side)
